Sometimes the hardest part of healing isn’t knowing where to begin – it’s believing you don’t have to do it alone.
Working with Amy is a compassionate, trauma-informed experience designed to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll create a safe space to understand what you’ve been through, reconnect with your inner strength, rebuild self-trust, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to create.
There is no pressure to have all the answers.
No expectations to heal overnight.
Just a gentle partnership, thoughtful guidance, and a place where you can move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
Healing doesn’t happen because someone tells you what to do. It happens when you feel safe enough to hear your own voice again. My role isn’t to rescue or fix you. It’s to walk beside you, ask thoughtful questions, offer education and encouragement, and help you reconnect with the wisdom that has been within you all along.
I believe healing grows through understanding, compassion, and consistent small steps. Together we’ll create a space where your experiences are honored, your nervous system is respected, and your goals reflect the life you want to build – not just the pain you’re trying to leave behind.
Coaching is for individuals who are ready to understand what happened, reconnect with themselves, and intentionally move toward a healthier future. It is educational and growth focused and is not a substitute for therapy or crisis care.
Every session begins where you are. You’ll be heard without judgement, encouraged without pressure, and supported with practical tools, reflective questions, and gentle accountability. You’ll leave with clarity and one meaningful next step.
Our first conversation is simply a chance to meet, hear your story, answer your questions, and see if we are a good fit. There is no pressure – only an opportunity to explore what support might look like.
Clear, compassionate answers to help you decide whether coaching feels right for you.
Trauma-informed coaching is a supportive, future-focused approach that recognizes how difficult experiences can affect your sense of safety, confidence, and self-trust. We move at a pace that feels manageable, with compassion, choice, and respect at the center of every session.
Coaching is designed for women and young adults ages 16–22 who are healing from emotional or narcissistic abuse, manipulation, a high-conflict relationship, or another experience that has left them feeling disconnected from themselves. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions and processing the past. Coaching is not therapy. It is collaborative, goal-oriented, and focused on helping you build practical tools, reconnect with yourself, and move forward. When therapy or another level of care would better support you, an appropriate referral may be recommended.
No. You do not need a diagnosis, a label, or proof of what happened to receive support. We focus on your experiences, how they have affected you, and what you need now. Whole Again does not diagnose anyone in your life.
Sessions may focus on understanding unhealthy patterns, rebuilding self-trust, setting boundaries, reducing self-doubt, reconnecting with your needs and values, creating healthy routines, and taking manageable steps toward the life you want.
Each session begins with a brief check-in and a clear focus chosen together. We may explore what is getting in the way, identify patterns, practice a grounding or boundary tool, and choose one gentle next step. You remain in control of what you share and how quickly we move.
Individual coaching sessions are approximately 60 minutes and cost $157 per session. Any package or payment options available at the time of booking will be explained before you commit.
Many clients begin with weekly or every-other-week sessions, but the schedule can be tailored to your needs, goals, and availability. There is no expectation that you commit to a long-term program.
Yes. Coaching sessions are held virtually, allowing you to join from a private, comfortable location with a reliable internet connection.
Your privacy is treated with care. The coaching agreement explains confidentiality and its limits, including circumstances involving immediate safety concerns, abuse of a minor or vulnerable person, or when disclosure is required by law. Because coaching is not healthcare, it does not carry the same legal protections as therapy.
Whole Again is not a crisis, emergency, or domestic violence response service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call or text 988 in the United States. If you are concerned about relationship safety, a local domestic violence organization can help you create a personalized safety plan.
A complimentary discovery call is a gentle place to begin. We can talk about what you are looking for, answer your questions, and decide together whether Whole Again coaching feels like the right fit. There is no pressure to book.

Healing doesn’t happen because we have all the answers. It begins when we feel safe enough to take the next step. Whether that step is a conversation, a workshop, or simply learning a little more about yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
